We’ll inspect the site initially to confirm that it has been developed to the appropriate specifications and can be managed by our support team. Please be aware, however, that we may not be able to support websites that were developed poorly or long ago.

It normally takes three months to get fully familiar with a new website and train the support team in the required activities and scope of work, and so the setup and initiation phase is billed once and last three months. After that billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time with just 30 day’s notice.
Many of the services we include in our WordPress website support plans rely on technology built into our high-performance hosting platform, so we require that our support customers host with us. Migration of your website to WP Flex will be performed by us at no cost to you. If you want website support only please contact us.
We can manage your domain if needed, and in such cases will ask that you transfer the domain to our domain registrar. If you need a new domain we will be happy to register one for you.

Customer communication is handled via email and our support ticketing system. Telephone support is planned as an option in the future.
After the initial 3-month setup and initiation period you have the option of paying annually or monthly. Customers choosing annual terms receive a discount of 10% on the service fee.
