The process looks like this and is usually completed in 10 business days or less.
Complete the Sign Up form here on the WP Flex website, taking care to provide all the necessary information about your WordPress website.
We’ll look through the provided information and confirm that the website meets our requirements for hosting and website support. We’ll gather additional details as needed to make a final determination, and then either approve the application or explain why we cannot.
Next we’ll prepare a formal quote for monthly support based on one of the four available support plans and an included balance of support hours. Once the quote is approved we’ll get started!
You’ll provide us with administrative access to the WordPress administration console, and we’ll migrate the website to our hosting platform.
We’ll update WordPress and your installed plugins to the latest versions and test the website to ensure things work the way they should.
Once the site has been updated and tested we’ll schedule a time to update the DNS to point to the new website. Once done the migration will be complete.
We’ll provide you with a support email address which you can use to contact us with questions and requests for website support. All requests will be managed and tracked using a web-based helpdesk system.
You will continue to manage your website content the way you always have (unless you have asked us to handle that as well), using the WordPress administration console. Your account information will remain the same.
Billing will commence from the day the new website goes live, with monthly billing for the first month prorated by day. Alternatively, you can choose to pay annually.
